It looks like you have a Pac-Fab Challenger pool pump. The replacement seal kit is GOKIT5.

Hello Sally - Thank you for contacting Inyo. The replacement motor would be model B2841.
Could you send us a picture of the complete pump? This will enable us to recommend the replacement pump seals.
