It looks like a Morada pool by Wilbar. Check out the parts page of the 24' x 54" Morada.
There were a couple variations of the Morada. Some versions had more uprights. The one I linked to has 16 uprights & top rails.

Thanks, mine is 24' round with 17 uprights and rails.
