I currently need to replace my impeller (C105-92PS) and diffuser (C1-216P). I was told that I could "upgrade" to a diffuser, C1-200PA, and associated impeller, C105-138PEB. Is this true and if so, what is the advantage to "upgrade?"

The C105-138PEB impeller is not designed to work with the USQ1072. That impeller would cause the USQ1072 to fail. If you want o go with the C105-138PEB and the C1-200PA, you'll have to upgrade the motor to model USQ1102. That upgrade would give you a few more gallons per minute but also cost more to operate.
