I have a Dolphin 'Premier' model robotic pool cleaner that does not run. Per above, found that the Power Supply turns On OK and was putting out two separate DC voltages (on pins 2 and 4). Took off connector on PS, find there are definitely two wires plus the ground at pin 3.
When I check the cleaner end of the cable, only find one voltage. Does the Premier motor use only one voltage (meaning the motor is bad), or two (meaning the cable is bad)?
