looking at replacing my superflow350097 motor. It currently has a b2848 but I see there is an energy efficient motor too b2841v1. Which one is correct. I'm in Texas. Looks like I'll need a seal kit for the pump too. A stranger Oring would be nice too. K

The B2848 motor would be the direct replacement for what you have now. The energy-efficient option is model B2841V1. That one will work and consume about 20% less electricity.
The seal kit for the Pentair Superflo pump is part number GOKIT78.
