Steel Rail Conversion to Resin?

20 year old 18 x 33 x 52 Oval Lexinton, Dream Line Pool.  Converted to corrosive salt water.  Rails have rusted and would like to replace with resin rails.  Can this be done and do you know which would be compatible with this pool?  I have the Lexington part numbers.
