I just had installed a pentair intellibrite 5G spa light 640121.  When the installer was srewinmg the light into the pool wall mounting bracket ring with the pilot screw, the mounting bracket hole (female side) stripped.  The light is presently inserted into the mounting bracket, but easily pulls out.  Is there a way to fix this.  I read in the installation manual that it is important to only use the pilot screw supplied with the light for the installation.  Can I fit a large nut (like a flat stainless bar with a threaded hole) behind the light mounting bracket so that it can be tightened down.  A small nut would just spin while the large nut/bar would find resistence with from the light fixture to allow it to tighten?

Or do I have to install a new flange - essentially repulling the entire fixture back out from the control panel (all 50 feet of wire).

My pool is a fiberglass pool.  The light is located in the spa.  The mounting ring that stripped is stainless steel and was used for the light that was replaced which was also a pentair spa light intellibrite 5G (earlier model)
