I'm no electrician, but I don't think you're going to like the awnser. Technically, you can't make 3 phase power out of single phase wiring. We have a setup in our training room that allows us to create a third power leg out of phase with the original using a phase generator but it cost around $5,000 to buy. Ours is powering a rooftop package unit AC that we use for training.
It can be done, but you're asking for more trouble than its worth. Unless you have 3 phase at the location already (most commercial sites will have it but homes do not).
