Guy that hooked up our sand filter hooked up wrong ports , He hooked Pump to return port and pump port to return before see it was wrong we turned on pump ran it for about 10 min will this hurt the thing it. After seeing the mistake I changed them to the right ports then started pump back up now water looks cloudy and we just filled it . now what ?
Hello MarkPowell - We'd be glad to assist you. We have seen customers make this mistake in the past and the filter was not damaged. Just keep the pump/filter running and the pool should begin to clear up.

Glad to hear the pool is clearing up. You should be able to vacuum that sandy debris into the filter or to waste.
