Hi, I am Jana and i got Pentair Sand dollar filter since 2012. Couple days ago I find small hole in my sand filter. i wondering what is warranty and what i can do.

I believe the Sand Dollar has a 1-year warranty but I would double check with the manufacturer, you can reach them through the Pentair Pool Website If this is not covered under warranty then we do carry all of the parts for the Sand Dollar filter which can be seen on our Pentair Sand Dollar Parts Page. I am needing a replacement part for a Sand Dollar sand filter. I have a PIN# and Serial#. It was purchased in 2011; that company (which was 30 miles away from me) NO LONGER carry's pool equipment. That being said my PIN# isPNSD0040DE1160; Serial # 02030521100695. Can I replace a part for the top piece: the little knob on the side that you can see the water? or do I need to replace the whole top?
I live in a small town. Have NO place to purchase pool parts. within 150 miles!

Yes we do carry Parts for the Sand Dollar filter, you can also view All of the Parts for the Sand Dollar Filter Valve here. It sounds like are you needing this Sand Dollar Filter Valve Sight Glass we would also suggest this Sight Glass Gasket when replacing your sight glass.
