Have been told by pool company that adding Aquatrol to A/G pool will cause warranty to be voided and rust to form faster than normal. I've had in ground with aquarite but this is 1st A,/G. Anyone have experience with salt water in an A/G??? Did your pool rust ???

Salt water can accelerate the rust on an above ground pool. This is why most pool manufacturers will void the warranty. If your pool has steel top rails, I would be hesitant to use a salt system. However, the pools with resin top rails seem to fair better.
