I have been researching what to do with our motor. When opening the pool, the motor had a hard time turning over. We did get it to turn over, but it is very loud. It is running, but not well. I don't know if I should replace the entire motor or just the seals. I have placed the seals in my cart that I think go with our pump. If I need to replace the motor I need to be sure that I am ordering the correct one...and are you still shipping during this time of COVID19? Pump Model #/Part No. SF-N2-1-1/2A/340043 This is a 2 speed motor.

I really need to know if you are shipping at this time. I would love to chat with someone about this motor. I wanted to ge the parts before I shut it down so we don't loose operation time. Thanks for any help.

The replacement motor would be model B2982. The B2982 is a full rated 1HP 2-speed with a total HP rating of 1.65. We would also recommend replacing the seals when replacing the motor. The seal kit is GOKIT78.
The shipping time depends on where you are located but usually, the motors are delivered within 3 business days.
