Just put in a new Raypak NG 336btu heater.  We set the temperature to increase 5-10 degrees and the heater turns on then a few seconds later turns off.  The display says the temperature is at our selected temp and says no demand.  Cleaned the basket and chemicals are good.  What should I do next?

That usually happens when there is a bad hi-limit switch. However, that typically occurs in older units. What is the model number of the heater?

It’s Raypak 336,000 btu NG #014940.

I've contacted our Raypak representative to get his thoughts. I should get an answer on Monday.

According to Raypak, the heater could be plumbed backwards. Make sure the water from the pump is going to the inlet and the return is going back to the pool.
