I would like buy a salt cleaning system for my pool.
I have the following pump : CHALLENGER PAC-FAB 1 1/2 HP.
Could you tell me if this pump is compatible with a salt system (risk of oxydation inside...)?

Hello Lionel - You can use a salt system with your Challenger pump. However, we recommend upgrading the shaft seal to a heavy duty version. The shaft seal protects the motor from water damage. The heavy-duty shaft seal would be part number 5250-210.
