Need to replace or upgrade existing Century pool pump motor. Current Motor is: STS1152R, Motor Mod: K48M2N118A2. This is a 2 speed 1-1/2, 1/4 HP motor.
The existing Hayward Pump is model SP2610X152S. I have a Goldline ProLogic pool automation system.
Is the VS Motor Upgrade Kit MKIT3VS16 compatible with my pump housing? Is my automation system capable of controlling the new motor?
