Which VS motor will fit my Pentair 343240 pump? Current motor 168454 ...
Does it worth to replace only the motor? Or better replace the whole pump?

The correct replacement motor is model ECM27SQU. That is a 2.7 variable speed motor.
If the pump housing is in good shape, I'd replace the motor. Replacing the complete pump would cost more and it would require plumbing.
