Pump Conversion

I have a Hayward tri star SP3215Z1M single speed motor on my pool pump.

Is there a variable speed direct replacement motor for this unit?

Hello Ray - We do have a variable speed motor for your Hayward Tri-Star pump. The model number is ECM27SQU.

We recommend replacing the shaft seal when you replace the motor. The heavy-duty replacement seal is 5250-250.
