pre or post 1998 pump motor?

I have a Duramax (or some variation) pump and the motor needs replacement.  Could anyone identify from the attached motor label whether this is pre or post 1998, for the purpose of ordering the shaft seal kit?

Also, I presume this is the correct replacement motor with the exact same mode number:

Hello Ying - Yes, the SQ1052 is the correct replacement motor. If you post a picture of the complete pump, we can recommend the correct replacement seals.

It looks like you have the Sta-Rite Dura-Glas model. The seal kit would be part number GOKIT54. This kit is for pumps manufactured since 1998 but it will work on older pumps if you remove the copper cone from the seal plate.
