My pool pump is very hot to touch. It is not loud and seems to be working fine. I am concerned with how hot it is, can barely touch it. Should I replace the motor or have it serviced?

I would suggest replacing the motor, the proper replacement motor would be this 1 HP Super Pump Replacement Motor You will also need a Hayward Super Pump Seal Kit when you replace your motor.
