1 hp # sp1607z1m. And do I need all seals and gaskets
and the main shaft seal ????

Good morning! The replacement motor is the model UST1102 and the replacement seal kit which includes the shaft seal for a chlorine pool is the GOKIT3 and for a saltwater pool is the GOKIT3SALT. It is recommended to replace those seals and gaskets as well.
