Pool Pump Identification

Hi,

I'm trying to identify my current pump so that I can replace the seals.  I have a substantial leak that seems to be getting worse and fast.  Any help is appreciated!   I believe it to be a Sta-Rite Duraglass model but just want to confirm model number.  Ive searched all over the body for it but cant find any information. Ive also attached a picture of the motor label - appears to be a Century ‎USQ1152.  Thank you!

It does appear to be a Sta-Rite Dura-Glas model. The seal kit would be GOKIT54. That kit is designed for pumps manufactured since 1998. It will work on older models if you remove the copper cone from the seal plate when the shaft seal is installed.
