Thank you for contacting Inyo. Unfortunately, I could not cross reference that number. Is there another catalog or model number on the motor label? Could you post a picture of the motor label?

That motor would take one 6203 double sealed bearing and one 6204 double sealed bearing.
We typically recommend taking variable speed motors to electric motor repair shops. This is due to potential injury because of the very strong internal magnets.
