Hello I am trying to figure out if my pump is indeed undersized for my pool. The pool is currently undergoing renovation and I have to have a new filter but at the same time I want to make it a little more energy efficent. It is a 19X39 oval pool. Avg deepth is around 6ft. The deep end is about 8.5 and shallow end is 3.5. I calculated roughly 70ft of head but I don't know if I did that correctly. There is a main drain and a skimmer is all the suction lines. I am relocating the pump as well but I would like to have a recommendation on what pump and filter to purchase. Current pump is hayward super II 1 hp paired with a S200 sand filter. Any help Is greatly appreciated!!!
