Hello,

I purchased a house with an inground pool, and it has the Pentair PG2000 fiber optic light system. It has two lights, one in the shallow end and one in the deep end. It hasnt worked since we moved in, and I wanted to replace it with an LED system. What are the options for removing the old fiber optic lights and replacing with new LED lights?

Thanks

We'd recommend looking for a nicheless light that would thread into a standard wall fitting. One option would be the CMP Brilliant Wonders model 25503-568-109J. A light like this would require at least 5" of straight pipe behind the wall fitting. Click Here to View More Details on the CMP Brilliant Wonders Light

Thank you. What transformer would I need to power two lights? Is there a controller to control the light color / light shows?

The transformer would be the Intermatic PX100. CMP is working on the controller but it is not yet available. We're being told that it should be available in the next 12-18 months. However, you can control the lights with a standard light switch. Toggling the light switch can change the colors.
