ordering a correct pump motor

I ordered a pump motor sunday and it got canceled because you said iit's not california complient, the pump was a Pureline model PL2102, this is the pump i am using now, i need another replacement for this motor

The California compliant option is model ECM16SQU. That is a 1.65HP variable speed motor.
