I purchased a new century two speed motor 240 v 1.5 hp. I recieved it in the fall but did not install because the two speed switch was on back order I recieved everything last week and have installed it. My meter shows power in but nothing. Before I tear it out is there anything I can try. Run capacitor ?

It looks like you ordered the 2512558-001 switch. We have a guide on how to wire that switch to the 2-speed motor. I'd recommend double-checking the guide to see if it is all wired correctly. Click Here to View the Guide for the 2512558-001 Switch
It could be a bad start capacitor as well. The start capacitor is part number 5270-29A.
