We built a new vinyl 20x40 inground pool. We hired an unreliable contractor which we found out after the fact.  We started in August 2018 and as of May/June 2019, we had to hire other people individually to finish out the project. We bought the pool kit and found out he farmed out some of our stuff to other people's projects (i.e. lights, face caps for steps, etc...). We have recourse but this contractor has no money and is legally in trouble from other people's projects (+ others), so it will years before we see restitution.  In the meantime, we still need to finish our pool.  We are having a hard time finding the face cap for the steps (which was in the kit but he took).  We ONLY need the face caps.  We have the rest of the steps already installed..  Anyone who can offer help on where to get these would be greatly appreciated.
