new motor

I would like to buy a variable speed motor. Can you recommend the correct motor and seal for my pump? I have a P6E6E-206L pump and K48L2PA105 motor.

Jeremy, the ECM16SQU is the variable speed motor and the seal kit is the GOKIT79.
