My pool/spas pumps 1.5 hp motor is dying and I’m not sure which model Hayward pump I have. Here are some pics of pump and motor. The current pump is a century HST150, model C48AB48A01, 1.5hp..Which motor and gasket kit (salt water) do I need?

The salt water seal kit is part number GOKIT2SALT.
