I am in need to replace my Pentair 2hp Motor only. The pump model No. is SF-N1-2A/340040. Can I just replace the motor and not the whole assembly?

Yes, you can replace the motor and keep the pump housing. The replacement motor for a 2HP uprated Pentair SuperFlo is part number B2859.
We'd also recommend replacing the seals when you replace the motor. The seal kit is part number GOKIT78.
