Max-e-Pro motor replacement for waterfall

Hey guys,

Just a quick question: I am replacing my max-e-pro motor since the old one is almost dead (loud screeching noises and the hammer trick not work).

Question: since this is simply for the waterfall pump (not the pool), does this Title 20 thing apply?  I already have a VS pump for the main pool pump.

Lastly, just looking for advice on what to order and any other gasket kits.

You can use a single-speed motor if it is for a waterfall and not the main pump for the pool. However, we do not ship this motor to California. You'd have to get one locally.

The seal kit for the Sta-Rite Max-E-Pro is part number GOKIT79.
