Can I drop the ph to help balance Alkalinity then raise it again when the alkalinity is balanced? Current tests put ph at 6.8 and Alkalinity bouncing between 180-240 for several days now. We have a 24’ round above ground pool w a sand filter pump. We’ve ran it 4 weeks now but haven’t done a flush on the pump either. Would this even help?
