only 2 seasons and my cell is not producing enough chlorine. Water chemistry and salt level have been check. The cell is really clean, not biuld up. I tested the cell by putting it in pool water and I can see bubbles coming from half of the cel plates, dont know if this is normal, I think it should be bubbling from all the plates. I suspect a bad connection inside the cell, both wires have voltage on them, I checked this on the wires just before they enter the cell.
