Looking for quiet spa pump

I have a attached spa so this pump isn't for filtering the water. Its just needed for the  3 or 4 jets. The existing pump is a 1.5 HP and is too loud and probably too big. It is 220V so I can run either 110 or 220

Looking for a affordable pump so I can use it and still hear people talk..It doens' tget a lot of use so need to keep the price down.

 

It have 1 1/2 plumbing today and one  and one outlet

Since most spa pumps are similar in sound at a high speed, I'd recommend a 2-speed pump. The low speed of a 2-speed pump is very quiet.
