Leaking

I have a pure line salt cell that is leaking on one end at the coupling.  If I tighten it with a wrench it pops loose.  I think I need to replace the orings but I don't have the part number.  The model is HC40GT125 Serial 497A2DHWE1810040. Please help. Thanks
