I have a SHPM 2.0-2 pump with a 7-193990-07 Two Speed pump. Type is CXPM FR is Y56Y. It starts and stops almost immediately. I’ve replaced the capacitor and still the same. Shaft spins freely. Is there anything else if could be or should I just replace the motor. Which motor is correct?

This motor actually has two capacitors. A run and start so you might want to confirm that you have replaced the correct one. Once confirmed you may also want to inspect the terminal board and the stationary switch for damage. If everything looks good then it is likely just a failed motor.
