The replacement 2-speed motor would be model B2982. The B2982 is a 1HP full rated motor but it has the same total HP rating as your uprated 1.5HP motor, 1.65 total HP.

We do not offer a quieter version of that 2-speed motor. It should run quiet on the low speed. The only other option would be a variable speed motor. That too would need to run on lower speeds in order to be quiet.
The variable speed option would be model number ECM16SQU.
