Unfortunately, I wasn't able to identify the pump model. Can you open the pump up and see if there is a part number on the impeller?

I finally had some daylight time to take the ph
otos. Unfortunately, I could see no numbers on the plastic parts.

Thank you for contacting Inyo. The closest replacement we have is model BN62. It's a 3HP 2-speed 230V motor. It will bolt up to your pump housing and work.

This is the picture of the motor tag on my J375 Jacuzzi 2 speed pump that is making noise. What would be the replacement part?
