Not sure what you call this valve with the handle but it is not working like it should. I got a brand new pump so I know it isn't the pump. The valve itself is making very usually weird noise that it never did before. the water isn't circulating like it should, and going back into the pool when I try to backwatch the pool. what is this part and give me link to buy it on the site
