I am replacing a Hayward Super Pump 1 hp with a Hayward Super Pump 1.5 hp. I want to run the pump at 115 v and 20 amp CGFI breaker in my electric panel. I also want to wire through the shut off box I have outside. IS the 20 amp CGFI breaker on 115 v OK to run the motor. THanks for your help on advance

Yes, the 20 amp GFCI breaker will be sufficient for the 1.5HP Super Pump running on 115v.
