I looking to replace the bevel on an older pool light.  The face plate is white plastic and is bolted around the circumference of the buld fixture.

You should replace the whole light.  Mostly likely, the back end of the light fixture is leaking by now.    I have an old pool too and just got a standard Pentair 300W stainless bezeled light fixture for 160 bucks.   I don't see the point of expensive LED lights if you only turn your light on occassionally.    A new light even comes with a bulb so you can't beat the price and performance of a whole new light fixture.
