Heater install

Hi there, I recently purchased a heater replacement for my inground spa. I had the local pool guy Russ from Oasis pools out to install new filters and a heater. Everything went smoothly until we tried firing the heater. He says it's the gas pressure and he doesn't do gas. I find it hard to believe its the gas pressure since the spa heater was working just days before. The gas line is a direct line from the gas meter with its own regulators it also has been feeding a 200 for my spa and a 450 for my pool. Anyway, I'm wondering if you have any recommendations on the next steps or if you can recommend an installer in my neighborhood in happy valley Oregon 97086?

Thank you

Thank you for contacting Inyo. The new heater may have required a different sized gas line than the original. I would recommend contacting the manufacturer of the new heater or a local gas company. Come back and let us know what you find out.
