I have an 15x32 fiberglass 9000 gallon saltwater pool I am thinking about adding a heat pump too. I don’t know what direction or size to go. I was looking at your all Hayward heatpro 21404. Is that a good pump for me or over kill for my size? I like Hayward that is the brand of my filter and pump. Is that a good direction too. Or what is your suggestion? I live in OK and just wanting to add a few extra weeks to me pool season and next year maybe get it going sooner or knock of the April cool off the water. Thanks for an advise and direction

The Hayward HP21404T would be a great option for your pool. You can't really oversize a heat pump. A higher BTU will heat the water quicker and not have to run as often.
