Hello,

I noticed water leaking out of the bottom of my Hayware Super II pump.  I bought the pump in 2018 off Amazon.  Whatis the right kit to replace the seals?  I don't have to replace the motor, do I?  I have a salt pool.  3 years seems like a short time for it to go bad, is that normal?

Thanks,

Greg

The correct seal kit for the Hayward Super II Pump is GOKIT2SALT. Click Here to View the GOKIT2SALT

You won't have to replace the motor, but I would get that leak fixed before it damages the motor.

It is not uncommon for the seal to fail after 3 years. The original seal in that pump is not the heavy-duty version that's included in the salt seal kit.

That seems to have fixed it.  Hope it stays that way.  Thanks a bunch!
