Hayward pump motor tripping breaker

I just replaced my pump motor with a Century UST1102 and whenever I turn it on it immediately trips the breaker.  It's wire for 230V and I have 230 selected on the motor.  The first time I wired everything up I turned it on and it ran for about 30 minutes before tripping with everything working properly, water coming out of jets in pool.  Now when I start it up it will run for 1 second before tripping breaker.

I measure the start capacitor and it's measuing around 170uF and I also measured all of the motor windings according to this guide.  https://images.inyopools.com/cloud/documents/ao-smith-troubleshooting-26-36.pdf

The resistances that should match all match: L2&A = L2&yellow(2 ohms),  yellow to red=L2 to red(10 ohms)

I know the impeller isn't frozen because it spins when the motor first starts up.  I can't think of what else it could be.

Just following up on this,  I figured out the problem. I had the spring seal between the seal plate and impeller on the wrong way and I also had the gasket on the impeller when it should be on the diffuser.  Everything works fine now.
