I have a Hayward SPX2610X15 with a Century UST1202 motor 2.2THP.
We bought the house last year and I noticed the PVC everywhere on the pool is 2", except the pump. The SPX2610X15 is 1.5", and I can't for the life of me understand why they didn't use the 2" housing (SPX1620-AA I believe is the right one). I've found several SPX1620-AA housings online for sale, my question is, will this be a 1:1 transfer of the parts from the SPX2610X15 to the SPX1620-AA housing or will I need a different impeller, gaskets, etc? I just bought new gaskets for this season, and the Century UST1202 motor is brand new this season too.
