Dolphin Delux 5

I have a dolphin Delux 5. I just replaced all brushes and Rollers. It wont suck up into the cleaner bag. It keeps clogging the impelller and leaving stuff out ide the bag . The pump was replaced 2 years ago. The impeller is turning (i Think Normally)  Any suggestions. I just bought all these parts from you in the fall andf it hasnt worked since .

No word back from Dolphin yet. They are slow to reply. You can try calling their tech support at 888-365-7446.

Wanted to let you know I determined it is the climbing rings -I was sent the wrong ones. I compared them to the old ones that surprise, I did not throw away. These new ones were almost a half inch taller. I took them off and now the Cleaner works normally. So I thought you may want the info so if someone else has the problem You could pass it on Thanks for your time and effort Gary Day   Oh Can I get the correct climbing rings replaced from you or do I have to order again?
