We're thinking about getting an inground pool, and the pool company is charging $3k for a safety cover. I'm seeing covers on here for much less money but I'm wondering about installation. Are there hooks of some sort to install in the pool deck? If the pool installer doesn't do that, is it a DIY thing? Any details for a know-nothing like me would be great!

Hello Eric - We'd be glad to assist you. There are brass anchors that come with the safety cover. Those anchors are tapped into the deck after a hole has been drilled. For more information, check out our detailed installation instructions.
