Here is a link to the Pro Logic Troubleshooting Guide. I am assuming the only error code you are receiving is HIGH SALT/AMPS. If not, you can select the left and right arrows to view the other error codes.
Let's address the HIGH SALT/AMPS code issue. According to the manual, the Pro Logic will stop generating chlorine under certain high salt conditions in order to protect the internal electronics from damage. The only way to lower the salt level is to partially drain the pool and add fresh water. If you have not tested the water at a local pool store, I will recommend that you do and they can provide you with an accurate salt reading. Your ideal salt level should be within 3000-3200ppm. If your salt level is high, you will need to lower the water and add fresh water.
Now if your salt level is in the ideal range, there might be an issue with the salt cell or the control panel. I suggest starting with the salt level before we get too far into additional issues.

Thanks Inyo. Salt level is perfect. Salt cell passed and we even changed the fuses. I am afraid it may be the mother board. Any idea how much that costs?
