I am looking to change a Hayward SPX2705Z1M which is 3/4 HP to a SPX2710Z1M which is 1.5 h. Do I need to purchase anything more then the new motor ? Please advise

Is this on a Hayward MaxFlo II pump? If so, you will also need the appropriate-sized impeller to get the full effect of the larger motor. Pool motors generally spin at the same speed, so changing the horsepower won't get you any improvement and will only waste electricity.
There is no Tune-Up Kit for the MaxFlo II pumps, but be sure to replace the motor shaft seal when replacing the motor.
